Suppose a stuntman wants to jump a gorge with his car. Wouldn’t he first consult with physicists, logisticians and technicians to work out if it was actually possible? And if he calculated that his car was too heavy and not able to perform the daring feat, he will send his support group to the area to see if it would be possible on a motorcycle instead. Either way, if he’s going to commit to it he’ll concentrate all his energy on it and rid himself of anything that would hinder or weigh him down.
